NEW !! Anross "Selecta" Bucket it DIGS, it GRADES, it GRABS, it LOADS !!
it's a very HANDY BIT OF KIT !! Following the interest shown in the prototype we exhibited at SED 2006 we're launching the production version at SED 2007 The two models on show will be the SB80 (for use on 6 - 10 tonne excavators) and the SB150 (for use on 12 -17 tonne excavators). The SB80 will be demonstrated on a New Holland E70SR Built to our usual exacting standards, "Selecta" buckets require only a two-way hydraulic circuit for operation. (Diverter valve kits will be available for excavators which only have breaker circuits fitted) Designed with low maintenance in mind, "Selecta" buckets feature bolt-on replaceable grab blades and utilise Hardox steel extensively in their construction. "Selecta" buckets offer a flexible and useful tool to the excavator operator Typical applications are general site clearance, demolition and recycling ( The unit illustrated is the SB150.)
NEW !! Enhanced Segregator Bucket Specification Being introduced at SED 2007 New method of hydraulic control on Segregator buckets
The successful "auto-reversal" method of operation of the Segregator buckets is being enhanced by changing from a pressure sensing principle to one which detects variations in the flow of hydraulic oil to the bucket. As part of this modification, higher efficiency piston type motors have also been introduced. This change has the benefit of utilising more of the available power from the excavator and reducing system stresses by reducing the hydraulic pressure requirements. Commissioning of the bucket is also simplified. We will be demonstrating this new system on an AS80 Segregator bucket fitted to a New Holland E70SR excavator in our demonstration area in the Site Clearance Zone at SED 2007 This modification will be introduced to the other models in the range in due course. Also on display will be the "dual width" screening gap option on the AS150 Segregator bucket. This was introduced at SED 2006 on the AS80 and has now been extended to other models in the range. Applications where this modification will be of particular benefit include Bio-Remediation where the primary intention is to aerate and turn the soil. The increased width gaps in the screening drum allow the material to freely pass through them after being "tumbled" by the rotating cage of the bucket.
